About me

I finished the ASE, REI, in 1997. I had an extraordinary chance that I didn't miss: my first job in P&G, a company that I still consider one of the most visionary_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_and strategic in the world. I learned a lot during the 5 years of P&G.

One day, however, the phone of a friend who was leaving the country offered me a consulting job. A Turnaround project of a Romanian company. Si that's how I started the adventure of my clients' transformations, but especially my transformation. And since then I never cease to amaze myself: how great is the desire of people to have meaning, to develop and succeed, their need to be accompanied and guided is so great 

I discovered that this is also my passion. Nothing motivates me  more than the belief in what I do, the need to offer and learn together and excellence.

Even when I play table or field tennis, when I travel to all corners of the world or when I sculpt.
