About me:

I graduated from the Faculty of Aircraft in 1990 and after 15 years in Pepsi (of which the last 10 in the position of marketing director for Romania and the Republic of Moldova) I founded The Network in 2008, together with Cristina Gheorghe (ex P&G).

I have 2 wonderful children, Eva and Luca, and I am passionate about drums.

I was part of the team that put Romania on the Pepsi map of the world, winning the ultimate prize: Don Kendall Bottler of the Year Award in 2007, globally.


I graduated from EMBA at Asebuss&Washington University in 1999 and I am certified in Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation in 2009, in Boston and as a Markstrat facilitator by StratX, Paris. I am an active member of the IAA and I was part of the 'board' that won in 2008 in Washington, the Golden Tulip Award for Romania, the best IAA 'chapter' in the world. I am a member of Romanian Business Leaders and a professor of 'Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation' at the IAA School.

Together with the 6 colleagues from The Network, I am concerned with helping the companies in the region in their thorough development. Regardless of industry. So far more than 40 companies. With business figures of the order of tens or hundreds of millions of EUROS. How? Putting the 200-year management experience of the team to the test and last but not least the understanding of the culture of the people in the region... Starting from the formulation of the strategy and strategic planning, until the execution. Body and soul.
