About me

I graduated Aerospace Engineering in 1990 and after 15 years in Pepsi (of which the last 10 in the position of marketing director for Romania and Moldova) I founded The Network in 2008, along with Cristina Gheorghe (ex P & G). I have 2 wonderful children, Eva and Luca and I am passionate about drums.

I was part of the team that put Romania on the map of the Pepsi world, winning the ultimate prize: Don Kendall Bottler of the Year Award in 2007.

EMBA graduate of Asebuss & Washington University since 1999,  Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation certified in 2009 in Boston, USA and Markstrat certified facilitator by StratX, Paris. I am an active member of IAA-Romanian Chapter and I was part of 'the board' who won in 2008 in Washington, Golden Tulip Award for the best IAA chapter in the world;  member of Romanian Business Leaders and professor of Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation at IAA School.

I am concerned together with my team-mates in helping companies to develop thoroughly and consistent. Regardless of the industry. So far more than 40 companies. With turnover of tens or hundreds of millions of euros. How? Putting at stake our 200 years+ team experience  and, not the least, the deep understanding of people culture in the region... Starting from strategy formulation and strategic planning to execution.
